Your Inner Child is the aspect of you that was once free and happy; it was most likely ‘tamed,’ and wounded through shame, guilt, anger, and fear.

As children, we form our opinions of the world, and especially ourselves, by watching our parents and those around us.

What is modeled to us often leaves us with shame, damaged self-esteem, fear, anxiety, and anger issues.

This Mastermind is a safe container where you will learn the exact steps you can take so that you can heal your Inner Child, uncover and unblock any barriers that keep you stuck in toxic patterns, and finally step into your true worth as a human being.

I created this Mastermind because I grew up in a family that wasn’t healed.

My feelings were often invalidated, and many things I did were “wrong” or “not good enough.”

That means that I grew up with abandonment wounds, feelings of unworthiness, and shame.

We didn’t feel like we received the love & affection we needed or the validation that we craved.

So instead we went looking for it.

The thing is... when you look for love, affection, and validation in your external world, you lose the connection and trust you have with yourself.

One of my biggest goals is to be a mom. I want my child or children to grow up in a world where there’s more love, compassion, respect, and understanding.

I want them to grow up in an emotionally safe environment, one that I didn’t get to grow up in.
