P.S. I’m referring to UNIVERSAL energies… not gender! 😅

All genders have inside of them both the 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 (yin) and 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 (yang) energy.

Did you know this? 😲

For majority of my business, I was operating primarily in the masculine energy...

Constantly focusing on DOING and strategizing etc...

Until I hit burnout.

I grew up in a predominantly masculine energy household 🏠:

▪️logical⁣
▪️control⁣⁣
▪️dominance⁣⁣

As a result, there was MINIMAL feminine energy in my home growing up.

🙅🏼‍♀️ No softness, no emotions, no allowing, and no nurturing.⁣

👉🏼 As a result, I felt insecure about EVERYTHING in my life due to this imbalance of the masculine & feminine energy in my home life.

Which ultimately sabotaged me in many areas of my life — ESPECIALLY my business and relationships.⁣

I ended up suppressing my emotions SO much that my mental health was at it’s absolute worst, resulting in depression and anxiety.

Fast forward... everything in my life and biz (branding, marketing, sales) has up-leveled ever since I started prioritizing balancing the masc & fem energy within me.

I’m sharing this with you because we don’t talk about this enough!

I see this imbalance of energies occurring EVERYWHERE, and it causes serious issues in our lives.⁣

👉🏼 in business.⁣
👉🏼 in communication.⁣
👉🏼 in coaching experiences etc.,⁣

And here’s the truth…⁣

👑 Our actions/inactions are a direct result of our feelings/emotions — so it’s time that we STOP ignoring them, and finally acknowledge them.⁣
