👉🏼 The moment you check your phone you’re giving your power away to whoever is on the other end…
👉🏼 Take the first moments of your day to fully sink into your OWN thoughts and feelings without having them polluted by someone else’s.
2️⃣ Accept personal responsibility for your feelings
🙅🏼♀️ Quit blaming other people for how you feel!
The only person who is responsible for how you feel is YOU - it’s your job to manage your own emotions, not someone else’s. 🤷🏼♀️
👉🏼 The only way someone is going to cause you to feel bad is if you ALLOW them to.
👉🏼 Checkity check your reactions and accept the part you had to play in the emotions you’re feeling.
3️⃣ Establishing healthy boundaries
This is both physical AND emotional boundaries - especially if you’re living with other people!
👉🏼 If you end up giving into guilt trips and refusing to speak up, you are giving your power away time and time again.
👉🏼 If you establish clear boundaries of what you are and are not available before, you can bypass #allthedrama and BS and make it known from the beginning that ain’t nobody got time for that shit.
