It took a while for me to come to the conclusion that there was so much unresolved wounds/trauma from my childhood 😔…

Which ended up manifesting into limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours, and toxic patterns that affected *EVERY* area of my life, biz, and relationships. 🙃

It took a LONG ass time for me to even admit that I had childhood trauma because my childhood “wasn’t as bad as others”.

But this denial and refusal to face my shadows and to bring up things that haven’t been healed…

⛔️ Caused me to not only feel stuck and stagnant, and unable to move forward in my life + business…

⛔️ But I was basically forced to take 6 months off and rely on my savings so that I could finally heal my shit — because I had officially hit ROCK fucking bottom (end of 2020 was rough 😶).
