Why you need to celebrate your wins! 🎉… no matter how big OR small 🙏🏽

Y’know… after working with SO many human beings in different industries.

Fitness + health / business coaching / life coaching clients… and now the deeper inner work (inner child and generational trauma) in my current Life AND Business coaching…

I’ve learned that MOST of us *don’t celebrate* our wins and accomplishments. 🤷🏻‍♀️

And we struggle to feel fulfilled, happy, proud, and anchor our feelings of accomplishment and growth into the present moment!!!

SOOO many of us STRUGGLE with this. 😔

... ESPECIALLY my fellow entrepreneurs!

For many of us... when we achieve a

goal 👉🏼 we move on to the next goal 👉🏼 achieve that 👉🏼 and we keep going...

We’ve learned this from a really young age.

At some point in our human evolution, we were taught we were too much, too x, y, z…

We were bullied, yelled at, ridiculed, and judged.

So we never felt “right” celebrating or bringing attention to ourselves.

BUT DUDE… as human beings — we THRIVE off joy and excitement.

We GROW so much quicker when we’re celebrated. 🎉

Just look at babies and children. 🤪

And we wonder why we feel like we’re living on autopilot all the time.

Y’know… Before I worked with some of the coaches and mentors I have... I NEVER celebrated myself 🤷🏻‍♀️

And I, too, fell into that cycle and was unexcited about life and business, even though I was “crushing it”.

But things have changed around here 😏.

If you haven’t watched my stories... I’ve been sharing about my journey getting new snowboarding 🏂 gear after everything got stolen in LA.

This has been my “reward” and way of celebrating a VERY successful launch of my Wounds to Wealth Mastermind this month!! 🥰

Not only does it make me EXTREMELY happy... it also adds this extra excitement to the way I show up for my Mastermind! 🥳

P.S. Sometimes I’ll celebrate with a bath, face mask, or doing my own nails... it looks different every time 🤷🏻‍♀️

You *DON’T* always have to spend money to celebrate!! But do whatever makes you HAPPY and EXCITED!
